With a remarkable background in civil engineering, contracts management, and business administration, Mr. Bobba has been the driving force behind Galacon’s growth and reputation in the industry.
Education and Early Career
Dharma Teja Bobba graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the esteemed National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jaipur. Recognizing the importance of specialized knowledge in contracts management, he pursued his post-graduation at the prestigious National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) in Delhi. Eager to further augment his skills, he joined the Indian School of Business, graduating with an MBA in the class of 2005.
Professional Journey
Mr. Bobba’s professional journey is marked by excellence and rapid progress. Before the inception of Galacon, he honed his expertise at Lanco Infrastructure, a prominent name in the industry. Through dedication and determination, he swiftly ascended through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience along the way. Within a remarkable span of just four years, he was appointed as Director Projects for Lanco Infrastructure’s Infrastructure division. It was during this time that he solidified his reputation as a result-oriented and visionary leader.

In 2009, fueled by his passion for innovative solutions and a desire to create a company with an unwavering commitment to excellence, Mr. Bobba founded Galacon.
